Delegates for RENGO’s 8th Regular Convention are selected according to the number of union dues paying members three months before the convention according to the RENGO Constitution, Article 34, clause 2 and the clause 1 on selection rules for Convention representatives. So the number of representatives for Kikan Roren will be equal to the total number of representatives based on dues-paying union members from Tekko Roren, Zosen Juki Roren and Hitetsu Rengo. |
