Worknet Co.,Ltd. is a corporation established and fully-funded by RENGO. Inaugurated in December 2000, it offers job placement and worker-dispatch services.
A job placement services institution, Worknet would offer better jobs for jobseekers, utilizing its original "occupational skill evaluation system" and through exhaustive interviews, fine-tuned advices and follow-up services.
RENGO has been against the liberalization of worker-dispatch services. Nonetheless, it decided to start services through Worknet because RENGO has by all accounts an obligation to set an example and to maintain rules and order of the industry. Worknet is concerned to improve working conditions of dispatched workers by holding down the commission, and to secure transparency of its financial status.
